Horses challenge us to look at ourselves and the world around us in a new way, they offer us 
non judgemental feedback in the moment giving us an opportunity to try something different and get a unique reponse.  Sometimes having a horse present may offer a sense of peace.

Horses are keen observers and are vigilant and sensitive to movement and emotion. Horses are prey animals and focused on survival, they notice any incongruency between our thoughts and emotions encouragoing us to be truly authentic.

WellandHorses is home to 5 horses, 3 of them are adopted from the rescue charity, World Horse Welfare. They live in a natural environment, together as a herd.
